Maynard MA - Engergy Fair Saturday 5/4

Maynard CAN (Climate Action Network) will be holding an energy fair tomorrow, Sat. May 8, at the Fowler school between 12 and 4 pm. The program will feature over 30 exhibitors, food, live music, and activities in tracks “food” and “buildings and energy”. Kate Hogan and Jamie Eldridge are on the schedule as “invited” to speak.

Welcome to the Maynard MA Real Estate Market Conditions report.

There are currently 48 single-family homes on the market in Maynard compared with 37 at this time last year; 5 of the 48 listings already have accepted offers waiting for contingencies to clear. There are also 17 homes with sales pending.

The median list price for a single family home in Maynard is $289,950 and the average list price is $315,345; both down a bit from last year when the median list price was $299,900 and the average was $325,705. The average list price for the homes with offers accepted is $347,720; the average list price for sales pending is $326,571. Note – accepted offers generally reflect more recent activity than pending sales.

The average time on the market for current listings is 77 days; almost half of the time last year at this time when the average time on market was 150 days.
