Maynard Real Estate - Inventory Declining; Don't Miss Out!

Buyers interested in purchasing a home in Maynard MA: it's time to get moving as the number of homes available continues to decline; only 24 single family homes for sale compared with 32 last month and 54 last year at this time; and 9 of the 24 already have accepted offers with contingencies waiting to clear. Additionally, there are 15 single family homes with sales pending; last month there were only 9 with sales pending. Pending sales will close in the next month or two.

Prices for single-family homes in Maynard range from $111,000 to $599,000; the median list price is $299,450; the average is $331,054. Last year at this time the median list prices was $339,950; the average was $352,974. The average time on the market is 133 days down from 153 days a year ago.
