However, even with the substantial increase in inventory, list the median and average list prices are only 2,000 less than last year. Sellers may want to reconsider their pricing strategies to account for the increased inventory; buyers have lots of choices these days. Of the 46 active listings, 5 have accepted offers and are being show only for backup purposes. There are also 8 single family homes with sales pending.
