Single Family Homes: Good opportunities for buyers who would like to live in Maynard.  List prices for single family homes in Maynard range from $95,000 to $495,000; the median price is $269,000 - down from $321,450 last year; the average price is $288,749 - down from $332,985 last year at this time. There are 61 homes on the market; up from 54 last year. There are 7 single family properties with sales pending. The average price for sales pending is $289,014. Closed sales: There were 9 closed sales of single family homes in Maynard during September 2011, up from 6 during September 2010. Median and average sale prices were also higher.
